Shoulder exercise:
I believe there is a simple method for everyone, those who seek comfort in a position to release pain, or to maintain a general balance. I present here in my videos basics and yet powerful options. When the principles are understood and an optimal position is found by any individual, the musculature start to soften. We basically re-discover our comfort all over again, so that we re-set our previous “pattern of discomfort”, consequently to re-calibrate our system for a re-learning for a new “physical behaviour”. Our body remembers an exercise and repeat it after certain amount of time meanwhile it easily cultivates the new information into a daily life. Sometimes we need longer, and sometimes our body surprising us by its quick outcome ability. To improve and maintain your physical balance, make sure you are following a very gentle and conscious self-practice. Every movement is only so far as you feel relaxed, by definitely not reaching the point of any pain or any discomfort.
