In answer to your questions:

1) I felt VERY tired after the session and also very relaxed. My body felt more in alignment, and my neck pain was resolved the day after I saw you!
2) Sensations before treatment I was experiencing a "racing" heartbeat. After treatment this lessened a lot in fact a couple of days without it was really fun.
3) Yes, the specific change was a few days grace from "racing" heartbeat. It is back but so far to lesser degree. I did not know about the other parts of my body being "out" but very happy to know they have been restored closer to homeostasis! And I can feel that.
4) I felt the Ortho-Bionomy treatment gave quick releases and no doubt it is like peeling back the layers of onions it would take quite a few treatments to really get to the core to hold everything in place long term but I may be wrong about that.
